So, my coworker was wearing this sweater today. I love the stitch, but I can’t tell what it is! Her mom knits as well and said something about needing a machine to recreate it. Does anyone know what it is??
It looks a bit like a honeycomb brioche stitch. Maybe?
I dunno. But I love it.
There seems to be a slipped stitch to get that look. Have you tried recreating it?
I havent tried, i thought i saw a slipped stitch and a k2tog or something though.
Looks like it could be Seeded Rib Pattern, OR Cartridge-Belt Rib. Both patterns have a multiple of 4 + 3 stitches.
Row 1: K3, *p1, k3: rep from *
Row 2: K1, *p1, K3: rep from *, end P1, K1.
Row 1: K3, *sl 1 wyif, k3; rep from *
Row 2: K1, *sl 1 wyif, k3; end sl1, k1.
I am also leaning toward brioche rib. Fairly certain. Lovely
It looks familiar. I just saw this pattern from Lion Brand - Thunderstorm Scarf. Could this be it - hard to tell from this, but it’s a lovely stitch.
Its close! But i dont see that ridge going across.
